Bonaire in the Caribbean. This place is one of the easiest places to improve your windsurfing with the crystal clear blue and shallow water. Steady wind and warm temperatures make Bonaire a world class windsurfing place where some of the best windsurfers in the world were born.
Fuerteventura is famous for great wind in the summer months. Easy to get here from most European countries. The wind is strong and you will for sure get many hours on the water on this island. Easy to fly to Gran Canaria and take a short flight or the ferry over to Fuerteventura.
Jericoacoara in Brazil is a very beautiful place to windsurf. During the months before Christmas it’s blowing strong wind every single day. The place is perfect to also get introduced to waveriding. The waves are kind and breaking slow. Also a very good spot to improve jumping. In the morning the wind is less strong and during low tide the waves are very small making it easier to train the basics moves as tacks, waterstarts and gybes. Jericoacoara is also very good for Stand Up Paddle (SUP) and surfing with a longboard. The lifestyle in Jeri is also very unique.
